Mike Paffenback founded Touchpoint in 2005, 25 years after working with his first client at an Atlanta-based advertising agency. While working over the years with B-to-B and B-to-C clients in various sizes, industries, and scope and scale of programs, Mike gained a heightened appreciation for the practical meaning of branding and its direct connection to business success.
